Great customer service, however we did have to get an electrician to come rebreak the breakers as we had no PowerPoints in the apartment. Before checking in, possibly have someone check would prevent any future issues

This place is located in a wonderful location, however the apartments need some well over due TLC. I’ve stayed here 20 times but this was my first stay since 2020 and the property has aged significantly. TLC would get a 5 star rating without it I won’t stay again.

Good location, modern building, friendly staff. Difficult to find (even taxis and food delivery had a hard time finding us), Uncomfortable beds (king advertised was really two singles pushed together), room wasn’t cleaned during our stay (1week), used towels weren’t taken away, cooking utensils were limited (no spatula and no large pan), pool was nice but not easily accessible. Every guest should receive their own pool key.

The communication is abysmal. I tried contacting them via phone or email to get my bond and tax receipt. No answers. When we first arrived there was mould in many places in the bathroom, however, it was cleaned straight after we complained. So, thanks for that. To get access to the pool you need to go to the reception and wait till someone opens the door for you. This fact needs to be known to the visitors. Can someone call me back, please?

Location is excellent- it’s terrific for access to the city of Melbourne as well as neighbouring suburbs. I am a grandparent and was travelling with three young grandchildren. Accessing reception from either Albert St or Victoria Parade is difficult as it’s down a lane and parking is limited. The car park was in a different building so transferring luggage down stairs, upstairs, across a lane then into another building was hard work. There was no lift access from the carpark to the room. The pool was in a different building and access was only via a person from reception enabling access during reception hours. On the second day we went at 9.00am but no one was at reception and no one was answering a phone. While it seems trivial, dressing two three year olds and a 7 year old for a swim, navigating the lift alleyway and the gear, then having to retrace and replan was exhausting. On exiting the accommodation to leave on the last day, I had to leave the kids alone in the car to return the keys and garage sensor as the door doesn’t automatically open and there’s no box to leave the keys to avoid the situation of parking on the street and going back into the alley, thus was despite me phoning and asking if someone could come to the car and collect the key. No one turned up. I parked in a loading zone. Left the three kids in a locked car and took the keys back. Illegal and stressful and exhausting

Absolutely fine for one night but not very clean and looked old and tired. The leatherlook couch was covered in stains and super uncomfortable. Linnen and towels were clean.
