"We loved our room. We were on the third floor facing the ocean. We loved our view. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Redwoods. The breakfast was delicious and they even cleaned our room after one night stay. This is a great place."

"There appears to be weekly or monthly renters on the property. There were a few sketchy looking people hanging around the laundry area when we checked in. AC/Fan wouldn't turn on, but it wasn't that hot in the room anyway. The fan to move stagnant air around would have been nice"

"The property was exactly what we were looking for. Me my wife and son stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our time there. It was clean and comfortable the hot tub was great we were able to enjoy the outdoors while relaxing under the redwoods. We would defiantly stay again."

"The bathroom sink was backing up, muddy water. Called the front desk and they said they had no one on maintenance staff to address it. Offered to change rooms, but it was already later in the evening so we did."
