It was a clean, basic hotel, a few blocks from the beach and a popular restaurant. We had a nice walk down the promenade that started across the street from the hotel.

The staff was very helpful when we wanted to book a second night and allowed us to stay in the same room. The parking lot was well lit and safe. The location was amazing, so close to the water.

The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. There was a lot of noise from the adjoining rooms. Though it did quiet down by 11pm, I had an early morning meeting and it was difficult getting to sleep at an earlier time. There was insufficient parking when to hotel was full and the available street parking was a bit sketchy. There is a nice bakery around the corner, so breakfast was quick and convenient.

The room was ok and got the job done. Shower was very dirty as were the floors. There was some kind of alarm that was going off from 3am until we departed at 7am. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Staff was very nice though.

Great location & really nice staff. Barely got any sleep though. Sounded like a bunch of tweakers rearranging the stuff upstairs and stomping around all night. Not sure if it was their TV playing loud all night or the people in the next room trying to drown out the noise above. Not sure if I'd stay there again..

Check‑in was quick and easy. We arrived very late, and the staff warmly welcomed us. There was plenty of parking available. The room was tidy and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The whole place was quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. Highly recommend!

The air-conditioning in the room did not work. It was plenty cool enough. I had to leave the window open. No blow dryers in the bathroom and the rooms are not very quiet. You can hear your neighbors and any activity going on outside the doors. It is certainly affordable and for what they have they do an incredible job at Bii clean and neat looking. They’re very helpful with parking luggage, etc.. This is a good deal, but you are getting what you pay for.

Staff was very friendly and recommended things to do during our stay. Loved that we could see the ocean from the motel it was so close to the beach. The one issue we had was no TV service included in the room price or it wasn't working in our room.

The property is being updated. The outside looks kind of rundown but the room was spacious and nice. From the pictures I thought maybe it had a sandy beach across from it but it actually does not. It was a great base for us for exploring the redwoods. Decent size fridge and a microwave with a grocery store really close by.
