We had an after hours check-in and they made it so easy arranging for a security guard to meet us. Beautiful view and one of the most immaculate clean accommodations I’ve experienced even compared to star hotels. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in this area.

The view was amazing and the rooms were big and clean and beds super comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. The first impression was very disappointing but the rooms we were in and the beach made up for it. Loved seeing the sea lions.💕👍

For the price, the hotel was a very nice surprise. Staff was very helpful in making sure we found the property. Very clean. Didn't use any amenities, but would stay here again if we were in the area.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Conveniently located near the redwoods and close enough to restaurants and convenience stores. The beds were a little springy, but other than that it was wonderful. The views were incredible. I saw several seals or sea lions in the water fishing. It was relatively quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful view! You can see the ocean while lying in bed or step out to the decks and watch pelicans fish and sea-lions swim. Crazy low price for a spotlessly clean room with full kitchen. Access to pool and spa just up the road at the sister hotel that has an amazing restaurant.

5 stars....zero issues or complaints! Spacious rooms with all the amenities and private porches overlooking the ocean and inlet. It was so peaceful and quiet we could hear the seals diving down for their breakfast each morning! Excellent customer service and communication...we were checking in after hours after a 9 hour drive and staff made sure to arrange everything smoothly for us.

Very impressed. Unebelievable view, friendly staff, and a room, comfy and clean room. Small tip - I missed seeing any handsoap in the bathroom, but Im sure If id asked for it, it would've been taken care of. Otherwise extremely well stocked room setup for cooking.

Can I stay here every time I travel? Wow! The room, the view, the staff, everything was perfect. It appears as a trailer court when you first arrive, and I couldn't find the office. It needs an arrow when you turn in at the sign/boat. However once I got to my room- it was a treat. I am so glad I choose those location. Convenient to everything I wanted to do.

We had a private deck with an open view of the Smith River, and the ocean beyond. The unit was recently renovated and set up to accommodate an extended stay if one wished: great appliances, dishes, drinkware, etc. We only stayed a night, so we didn't take advantage of those. Very quiet setting, which was great.

This was our first time staying here, but we will definitely be back. This place is a "hidden gem" of Brookings, Oregon. It was at first a bit confusing since the office is located away from the rooms but we quickly found it and the young lady was friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with everything provided that you could ever need. The view and location is amazing. We did not have a chance to enjoy the emenities that are provided since our stay was for only one night and we had to travel on the next morning.

The view was amazing, the kitchen well stocked, the room worked well for my family of 4. It was a great base to visit the Redwoods. Grocery stores are 15 min away in Brookings or Crescent City. Loved walking on the pebble beach and seeing the wildlife.

The room is clean and updated. Just the way going tonthe property itself is still being renovated but the room is very nice with a good view of the river.
