"Great stay overall. Only downside was not being able to access or stream anything on the TV other than cable. Very close to great restaurants, the coast, and Ocean World. We really enjoyed our time!"

"Avoid this property. Upon arrival at approximately 10:00 PM, the host informed us that our credit card had been “declined” and required us to pay in cash. Because it was late at night and we had limited lodging alternatives, we felt pressured to comply. However, after checking my account, I confirmed that my credit card had in fact been successfully charged for the original reservation amount. I immediately reported the issue to both the host and Expedia and requested a refund for the duplicate payment. Despite providing this information, the host refused to issue a refund. As a result, I was charged twice for the same stay—once through the original booking and again in cash upon arrival. This experience raises serious concerns about the property’s billing practices and the possibility of fraudulent conduct. I strongly recommend that prospective guests exercise caution and carefully verify all charges before making any additional payments to this host."

"Great location and view from both the room and the restaurant. Great escape from the noise of the highway . Beach had tide pools and some sandy spots. We had to have our slider screen replaced. It was very rusty but they did it in a timely manner. Also, whoever painted the railing on our balcony did not mask the glass or clean up brush marks on the glass. This detracted from the overall view from the room. We are at the end of the hall so our view of the ocean wasn't quite as nice as it would have been being more towards the middle of the building. Also, the ice machine was across from our door but luckily no one really used it except for once or twice while we were there."

"We LOVED staying here! We stayed with 2 adult kids and 2 younger kids. It was perfect for us. Plenty of space for everyone. We used the fire pit, balcony, back deck, and pool table everyday. We enjoyed coffee in the morning while listening to the Smith River. We sat upstairs on the balcony and watched shooting stars. We roasted marshmallows in the cool night air. It was honestly a dream. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!"
