"The staff was extremely helpful , especially the security staff. There a few steps in front of the building and a few to the 1st floor. The security staff carried our luggage right to our room. The facility is dated but very well suited for visiting Hilo. Very close to the airport and downtown. Definitely would stay there again."

"Room was excellent and very well maintained. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and punctual. The restaurant was excellent but was surprised to find out the breakfast coupons were for $10 off, not complimentary breakfast. All in all I would stay there again."

"Flies in the barn was an extreme nuisance. Uncut grass from cabin 5 to the barn was annoying. The falls was a amazing. However, be extremely careful if you take the short hike because the uneven rocks is a challenge especially if it rain (9 out 10 times it'll rain). Despite that, Jordan, Abby, & Cady (not in order) was top of line from hospitality, interaction, professionalism, tidiness, etc. & they wasn't ugly :-)"
