"Everything about this property was 5 star! The staff, the food, and room, my wife and I had such a great time! The pizza in sanctuary town is a must! We did not have not one bad meal the entire stay! Dinner on the beach was everything and definitely worth the price. We are still talking about how good the food was. Thanks to all the staff that greeted us daily and remembered our names and made our overall stay wonderful!"

"It’s a beautiful hotel, the staff is great and really friendly. Location and facilities are really nice, common areas are always clean. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Things to improve; when arrive to the room we did not have water bottles (in bathroom) and mini fridge wasn’t restock, the employee who help us with luggage help us with this. Had to ask for the mini fridge to be restock after the first time. They try to sell a membership for Hyatt hotels, only took it for a coupon they offered....

"We absolutely loved everything about Eden Roc. Excellent for my wife and I as a couple, but we look forward to bringing our kids with us next time. We stayed in the bungalows and loved the privacy. This is by far our favorite destination! We will be back.....hopefully soon!"

"Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again."
