We met so may new friends. We checked in with Jaun who was absolutely amazing and was happy to help with anything we needed. Fernando, Sandra and Ruth at the Saona pool are the absolute best, we became friends in our last visit, and were very happy to see them again this year. Managers, Richard and Angel took care of our every need and made us feel special every single day. Carlos at El dorado was the best waiter, always happy and smiling. Food is good The bed was comfort room service was very nice. I have no complain. Everything was so good.
