"Stayed over New Year and decided to stay and extra night as we felt so comfortable as staff and food were good. Room was a little small for a 'premium ' but adequate. The bar/ lounge is great, lovely fires and a lot of residents brought their dog, the staff engaged with all👍👍. Look forward to seeing how they upgrade the hotel after the January shutdown. We will be back."

"Unfortunately we arrived too late to eat in the restaurant, but the receptionists recommended a takeaway who delivered and then supplied crockery and cutlery. Our room was upgraded and we were very impressed with it, the size of the extremely comfortable bed and the Arran toiletries in the shower room. Great choice at breakfast and would definitely recommend. The staff were very friendly and he. "
