Room was nice and quiet on the top floor. Felt safe that you needed keycard to get to stairs/lift. Liked that breakfast was included and any staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that all the lights were on one switch, so it was all or nothing…not great if one of you is awake when the other isn’t.

He genuinely looked like he enjoyed the job.
I only stayed one night for work in Newcastle but my one night was excellent. Great room, great shower, all the staff I met were superb friendly, helpful & proper good crack, as for the breakfast….. I sooooo needed that in the morning. In a nutshell 10 out 10, I’ll book there again,
