"Most staff good, however some staff let people in randomly. Case in point, a "delivery guy" delivers to wrong unit, they take no part in saying then even allowed him in even though on the way they were chatting with him and he said thanks. Absolutely ignorant person. Too bad cause rest of the we're friendly. Hotel is meh at best but good location to many things"

"I was woken up by garbage trucks picking up garbage at 5:45am-6am and could not go back to sleep. Very inconvenient"

"Breakfast was not as good as the last time I stayed at the Comfort Inn The A/C in my room didn’t keep the room cool I can’t help but wonder why the smokers ( cannabis included ) are allowed right outside the rooms on the ground floor when anywhere else, as per the law states, must be 9 meters from any doors. Just curious"

"The staff was great. We got there well before check in because we had to work that day and they found us a room although there was a $50 early check in which the room wouldn’t be occupied all day so I don’t see the need in that. The blackout curtains didn’t work in the room we had to use a pants hanger to keep them closed and after a day of being out in Barrie our room wasn’t made up the hot tub was more of a warm tub which I don’t know if it’s just because we went there later in the night. Overall mediocre experience but great staff."
