"Overall, the stay was pleasant. The hotel was neat and clean, and we liked that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited on the top floor where we stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. One thing that could be improved is the lime water at the entrance. It didn’t look very hygienic and had some black stuff in it, which was a bit off-putting. Aside from that, the experience was good."

" Only 1 elevator was operational throughout our 4 day stay. A bit chaotic when everyone is leaving in the morning."

"The television worked on two remotes, a ROKU-not a service, but just turn on the set, and for volume-and set it, so that other remote can take over. There is no elevator. The bath tub/shower-had very strong water flow. The manager was quick to come to my assistance on the tv."

"There was no food at the breakfast bar as they could not keep up with the number of guests to feed in the mornings. The pool water was cloudy and the deck was full of hair and even toilet paper bits were found on the pool deck. I found a band aid floating in the pool water as well. The hot tub water was dirty as well. The good thing to report was the gym- it had enough free weights and the cardio machines were working. However, there was no water in the water cooler to use as it was empty. No towels either in the pool or the gym…. Our room was clean though which was a pleasant surprise. "

"Very nice clean room and friendly helpful staff more meal options would be a real asset as the only restaraunt os a short walk away outside through a covered breezway offering only buffet dinner no breakfast and nothing close in terms of off site options. "

"It was a cute little hotel in the quaint town of Georgina. The hotel is dated but clean. Staff was courteous. "

"Room was good and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a jet tub and an all glass stand up shower which unfortunately doesn’t drain it filled up and stayed full and my wife wasn’t able to shower after me. Waited two hours and still full but had to check out, the glass door also leaked very bad and soaked my cloths which were on the floor. We were in room 202. "
