"Beautiful hotel with lovely cocktail bar with sunset outdoor seating. Separate bar and restaurant, spa , our room with an outdoor hot tub and view was a lovely surprise.The welcome by Lauren was exceptional, very attentive bar staff, a perfect stay."

"Amazing views and a quiet location… food was excellent… if not a little on the expensive side,as there isn’t any where else to eat . The room which we had was Comfortable and clean… a little warm with no air conditioning but there was a fan which helped a little. The spa and pool facilities was excellent. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Definitely be back"

"The hotel is ideally situated - while not being in an immediately picturesque location, its proximity to the M6, A66 and Penrith North Lakes railway station make it the perfect base for exploring the beauty of the Lake District in one direction and Yorkshire in the other. The staff are excellent, particularly in the FYR restaurant: friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is equally impressive and the hotel itself is clean, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. "
