Pictures didn’t match the rooms. Please be aware that the sunlight coming from the windows in the photos is not accurate. There was no comforter on the bed. Just a dirty mattress and sheets. This hotel should be a lot cheaper and needs to update their photos to accurately reflect what the rooms actually look like.

Wonderful staff and great hotel

The staff was wonderful! Clean rooms and nice breakfast that was served at your table. That staff also helped us book the bus with very short notice.

Good hotel

Large room; 2 singles beds put together with a duvet that wasn't big enough to cover both beds. Hard beds & soft pillows. Good enough for a transit night. Breakfast is eggs and bread or a Vietnamese Chicken/Gelatinous affair, and fruit. Helpful staff, ordered us very good value airport taxi. Building work opposite hotel started at 6am, waking our friends but we couldn't hear it from the other side of hotel.

Sehr kleines Zimmer mit Böick nach Hinten raus

Leider sind die Zinmer sowas von hellhörig, so dass wenn der Aufzug in egal welcher Etage ankommt, ertönt ein Bimmelgeräusch, welches in jedem Zimmer im Haus zu hören ist. Genauso wenn auch nur jemand draußen am Zimmer vorbei läuft, hat man das Gefühl er läuft direkt am Bett vorbei. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nur leider nicht so sauber.

Good size, modern room south of the old quarters

We had a deluxe double room which was ideal - good size, bed was comfy, small fridge, tv and good bathroom. The hotel is well presented in reception areas. There was one member of staff who was lovely - a lady at reception. We were told at breakfast there would be eggs, first morning there was only Vietnamese noodles. We asked again at reception for the next morning & she ended up cooking us eggs on toast. So might be worth asking & checking the breakfast menu as nothing special. The location is close to local style shops. We would walk to the lake which was about 20 mins. This end of town if you walk about 5-10 mins up has more modern, newer shops than the older district. Overall this place was good for a short stay.

TERRIBLE HOTEL, DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!

This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. Terrible experience, don't waste your money and your time going there. Dark and ugly rooms, the sheets weren't changed in my bed, they were dead bugs in my room. Ants all over the place. Dirty bathroom. Breakfast? You can't call toast with butter and jelly breakfast. I left after the disappointment and they didn't want to give me a refund for 1 night. So again, DON'T STAY IN THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL!

Good room condition but poor English communication

The room condition is good, clean and big. However, not all of the staffs know how to speak English is a problem. I spend more than 10 minutes to ask them for bus ticket booking to Ninh Binh. Luckily I met one of the staff who can understand and speak little bit of English.

시설은 전반적으로 깔끔하고 널찍해요. 하지만 호텔이 전체적으로 아늑한 느낌은 없어요. 그래도 가격대비 깔끔하고 널찍해서 괜찮음. 여기가 나름대로 리셉션이 24시간 운영이라 직원분들이 교대로 출근하시는데 아침에 출근하시는 직원분이 정말 정말 일처리가 깔끔하시고, 영어도 나름대로 잘 하시고, 친절하신 여성 분이세요. 여행 중 여권을 우버에 놓고 내린 분실 사태가 있었는데, 드라이버가 처음에만 연락을 받고 연락두절이 되었었음. 그래서 밤에 근무하시는 남성 직원분들이 계속 전화하시고 해도 드라이버가 계속 연락을 씹어서... 여권 분실한 줄 알았는데 아침에 근무하시는 여성 직원분이 얘기 들으시더니 무슨 수를 쓰셨는지 1시간만에 드라이버가 호텔로 찾아와서 여권을 돌려받았어요... 정말 구세주가 따로 없음. 직원분의 능력과 현명함에 감탄 또 감탄. 아침은 부페식 아니고 마치 가정집에서 먹는 듯한 느낌으로 그때그때 있는 재료로 차려주시는데 쌀국수 완전 맛있고 과일도 1종류는 구비해두시는 듯 해요. 가족적이고 좋았음. 고급호텔보다 시설은 좀 그렇지만 똑똑하신 직원분 때문에 이 호텔에서 묵은게 베트남 여행 중 신의 한 수!

楽しい旅をありがとう

新しいホテルでクチコミがないようなので... 近くのホテルより安かったので少し挑戦したつもりでしたが、 2016年にできたホテルとあって部屋もキレイでしたし、フロントの方もとても親切でした。毎日ペットボトル二本の水もサービスしてくれます。 個人的にはまた泊まりたいホテルですが、豪華な朝食に期待する人や 日本語が通じるスタッフがいてほしい人はあまり向いていないかもしれません。

Very friendly staff, modern comfortable property. The only problem was the construction next door which started early in the morning (but nothing to be related to the hotel itself). Breakfast needs improvement as it is rather minimalist!
