"My family and I booked two rooms for 5 days and chose it for the great location. The staff went above and beyond during our stay- starting from a late flight check in, to ensuring our rooms were right next to each other, booking amazing day trips to Ninh Binh & Halong Bay, to booking a shuttle to the airport and ensuring we had coffee for our departure. We were already blown away at how attentive the staff was but after our departure to our next city it was the cherry on top. My mother forgot an item in her room. We contacted the Hotel and not only were they able to find the item in a few hours, but they also shipped it to our next hotel! My mother was elated and we are so thankful for the patience and kindness that the staff has for each guest. "

The breakfast buffet is excellent, with great vegan options which was important for me. I highly recommend the rooftop bar too, as well as the spa! Would definitely stay here again! "

"My classic double room was clean, good view and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Overall, a pleasant experience that I would recommend to others. The only downside was occasional noise from the street, but it didn’t significantly affect our stay. We look forward to returning next time we visit the area. Additionally, the hotel amenities were well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected. We appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cozy atmosphere. "I was so happy with my stay at Solaria Hotel. Room was very comfortable with great air conditioning and plenty of amenities and free bottled water daily. Bed was very large and extremely comfortable with perfect pillows. Breakfast provided a large western menu option and Vietnamese cuisine also. We dined at Mia’s, the onsite restaurant 3 times and enjoyed delicious Vietnamese dishes and excellent service. The staff in reception were friendly and professional and assisted us with day trips, SIM card installation and airport pickup at very affordable prices. We were allowed to extend our check out time on our last day until 4pm for $40 aud.- 5 star service thank you Solaria team. "
