"This property is top-notch! The staff are phenomenal. So kind, helpful and professional. The manager went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were booked for two nights but unfortunately due to our airline loosing our luggage we were on able to stay 1 night at the oriental Jade. But from the time we checked in until the time we departed they were amazing and helpful! We had two twin beds, very comfortable. The room fit all our luggage. Bananas and oranges were in the room along with bottled water. The shower is huge and beautiful! The bathroom was spacious. We had a wonderful sleep. The breakfast. It is amazing. There is everything, done to order omletes, eggs, bread, noodles, spring rolls, fruit, cereal. Fresh juices. The quality and taste was GREAT!!! This hotel goes the extra mile. I can't express enough how satisfied we were!"

"The decor was very cool. The staff was amazing and very helpful from helping me to my room with my bags to walking me down the street to a laundry and translating for me. The breakfast was ok. The room was very clean but smelled a little musty. I would stay again. Great central location. "

"we stayed only one night. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. It is located in a very busy area, but was still quiet up in the room. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the buffet breakfast is not in the hotel which we didn’t know you have to go to a different hotel down the street the morning we went, It was busy so we couldn’t even get a seat. And after getting a glimpse of the buffet, it didn’t even look like it was worth waiting for. we went and just paid for breakfast somewhere else. I would recommend the hotel, but definitely not worth getting the buffet breakfast."

"We had such a great stay here. The staff were truly outstanding, so friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Hope, in particular, really took care of us. We casually mentioned it was our anniversary, and she went out of her way to arrange a thoughtful surprise in our room, which meant a lot. She also gave us some great restaurant recommendations, and every single one turned out to be amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was really good, the omelettes were so good and we loved that the buffet changed some of the hot things up each morning. The location is perfect close to everything but still nice and quiet. . And the rooftop bar is definitely worth checking out for the views alone. Would absolutely stay here again! "
