I was really pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, very central for Wembley Stadium and the West End, and a lovely breakfast included in the price. An absolute bargain considering the prices in London and really great for anyone looking for somewhere close to Wembley

Good hotel with excellent staff, would stay again

A good mid range hotel with decent amenities. It was the parking and location that made me choose this hotel as you can get to most tourist destinations in 20 minutes. The staff and level of service was excellent, I recently stayed at a 4 star hotel in covent garden and was disappointed by the poor service and felt much more comfortable and looked after here.

Great hotel, would stay here again

Had a fantastic stay. Room was clean and a reasonable size too. Bed was large and very comfortable too. Location was incredibly convenient for us and there is both underground and overground stations nearby too. Room was a good temperature despite the hot weather as a good fan was provided. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again

This was one of the best value hotels I've stayed in, especially for London. Although the room was small with the EXTRA bed (family room) everything was enjoyable Free parking nothing was a problem for the staff

This hotel is perfectly situated for concert goers. The area has plenty of eateries and is in walking distance to Hampstead's best attractions. The hotel itself is basic but spotless and the breakfast is very decent! The staff, especially the guy on reception, were very friendly and helpful with local travel knowledge etc. Would definately return.
