"It is a lovely property. We are able to park outside and as soon as you walk in a lovely smell and so clean, warm and welcoming. It is ideal for us as family and friends are just around the corner and the hosts are lovely too."

"This was just what we where looking. it does suffer from some noise, the shower isn’t tall enough for anyone who’s 6ft+, front door is up a narrow flight of stairs. literally everything else was perfect and exactly as per the advert"

We particularly loved the effort Carol has put into helping guests get out and explore the stunning local area with even small laminated cards with walking suggestions! "As previous reviews have stated, Deborah and Clive have created a perfect retreat. Welcome supplies of cake, milk and hot drink ingredients; also a personal favourite of house and fashion magazines to browse through ☺️ Very comfortable furnishings and stylish lighting. Lovely warm and quiet surroundings. We stayed two nights and didn’t use our car whilst there. Fabulous meals at the Cliff house and Pebble Beach. "Brick Barn was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in the New Forest. The accommodation had a rustic feel yet was very comfortable, with lots of quirky features. We were made to feel very welcome on the farm and the children loved exploring and visiting/feeding the animals and collecting eggs. Bottle-feeding the goats and lambs was a particular highlight! The farm is perfectly placed for exploring the New Forest, we hope to return one day!"

My only disappointment was the back garden wasn’t secure, hole into neighbours garden, so couldn’t let my sister in laws dog out unleashed and there was poo either from a stray animal or previous renter."
