A few things that would improve overall visit- the green emergency light above the bedroom door casts light into the room all night and really impacts sleep for people who need a dark room? "We stayed here for two nights while attending a service at the church. The owners are charming and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was adequate for the two nights, we found it difficult to maintain the heat balance in the room and it was fairly chilly in the pub , the good food and atmosphere made up for this. "Lovely place,slightly disappointed to have been asked to remove my shoes before going up to my room( I have bad arthritis) secondly difficult getting in and out of the bed due to low beams either side of bed.
