The apartment was nice and clean and the stay was very comfortable, the only negative was the door to the apartment slammed whenever you closed it and one of the permanent residents of the building complained to me about it.

Nice apartment!

Apartment was booked for a business stay and had everything needed for me to get some work done on the table or small desk, then sofas and TV with all the channels ready for winding down after work. For the life of me I couldn't find the cutlery drawer which did impact my stay at the time but the team were on hand to help out (note - cutlery is in a very hidden drawer within a drawer at the top...). Apart from the cutlery fiasco the stay was overall very nice and I would recommend it.The place is spacious and des have everything you need, one of the lamps by the bed weren't working but that's easily fixed. Make sure you read the welcome email after booking and reserve your parking space (they did sort mine over the phone on arrival though but definitely do it before as I had to write out the permit number on paper and leave it in the window & I was lucky there was a space).

Empfehlenswertes, modernes Apartment

Komfortables, geräumiges Appartment für Kurzaufenthalte oder längere Mietdauern. Im Apartment roch es etwas unangenehm, sonst war alles top. Es gibt eine gut ausgestattete Küche und schnelles WLAN. Die EInrichtung ist modern und gut gepflegt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Service verlief per Email schnell und reibungslos. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist sollte man einen Parkplatz buchen, da es fussläufig keine kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Hotels, Restaurants und Supermärkte.

Well appointed and modern apartment - fantastic!

Fantastic place, far better than a hotel. Apartment had over, microwave, toaster, Gusto coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine... very well equipped. Lovely welcome back too with milk (UHT semi-skimmed) in the fridge, two packets of fruit 'n' fibre cereal, some biscuits, a packet of pretzels, coffee pods for the machines, tea, bottles of water... The place was spotless and very modern/spacious for a solo traveller, also be fine for a couple. was lovely and dark when going to bed, and the area was quiet too so slept really well. Worth noting that the sofa is a sofa bed but there was no need for me to use it, but if you use it might get a bit cosy as it'd take most of the lounge area I'd imagine, and it's a kitchen/lounge/diner so that's all the social space gone. Wifi worked really well, dedicated service for each apartment, no issue with signal strength etc. Stayed two nights, would definitely look there first next time I'm in the area.

Serviced apartment living

A well appointed, modern apartment. Very warm towel rail in the bathroom!! I found the flat a bit too warm when all the windows were closed and the road at the front rather noisy at times when I opened them. There is no reception on-site but e-mails to guest services received prompt responses. You need to book and pay for your car parking before you arrive to ensure that a parking permit is available so don't just turn up and expect to meet someone. You receive access codes to get into the building and to collect your key. Checking your e-mails etc is therefore very important! I would stay there again but request an apartment at the back of the building for less road noise when the windows are open.

Great choice for serviced apartment arrangement

Small, serviced apartment type arrangement. Rooms are well fitted with modern facilities, full kitchen with cooker, fridge, washer/dryer, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Centrally located and a very good choice for those looking for a serviced apartment type arrangement rather than a hotel. No reception or hotel facilities.

Great place unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

The apartment was fantastic but the whole booking process was painful. After booking and paying for the room I received an email advising me I had to send a copy of my id via email then I received a mail advising how I could pay a £250 deposit then finally on the way to the apartment I got checking in instructions. That’s when I first learned about the parking fees that had to be paid in advance! After reading the guide book it states that there is a parking place with each flat so I assumed there would be no problem. Not so! I did get a ticket from a private company and the apartment service rep was not willing to help in any way. Good place to say but make sure you cover your parking as there is little warning and no help...

clean spacious apt

Excellent, spacious brand new apt, well equipped. Couldn't turn off bathroom heater so it was a bit hot in there. Also you're supposed to tick about 100 items to check they're there - that's not gonna happen...
