"The property is amazing, perfectly clean and perfect in every way. It is just as advertised luxurious, every roomy with amazing big rooms finishes to a very high standard. Every room is perfect and very luxurious and big. It is in a perfect location as we'll to city center a very close walk 5 minutes. Everything you need is right there. The best property i have stayed in ever and doubt i will find better. And a perfect host who replies to questions very quickly. Simply the best."

"This one bedroom flat is compact with some very nice designer touches! It is close enough to the old towne area of Southampton to walk to see the old city wall and gates. There are also 2 large malls within walking distance. It is perfect for a couple or a single for a short stay. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful."

"The apartment was satisfactory, was in a great location and our stay was quiet and event free. The only downside was the smell in the entire unit, of sewer gas, especially in the bathroom. Also, a light was burnt out in the bathroom, making it very dark. Otherwise, it was good for a night or two but probably not much longer."

"I arrived and the boiler was not working. They weren't able to help. (they don't have anybody on site of the property ever. I had to try myself.) I then had to wait for 5 DAYS expecting and being told each day that an engineer would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Whilst I had to wait in the apartment throughout that time for somebody to come, expecting someone to. But they kept breaking their word. I've honestly never met a company less bothered about their property not having working heating...

"It is not used to use the same towels during the stay and a bit remote from city center. The room is too small for two person and the ceiling is low for tall guy. The advantages are quite, safe and close to supermarket."

"The apartment is in a great location and the info you receive is thorough. Make sure you ask for parking though as it is limited. The apartment was very clean. Our door lock came loose and they helped us within 30 minutes which was really good. The only negatives were that the windows are so thin in places you can hear the traffic and the mattresses were a bit firm for us but if we were in Southampton we would definitely book here again. Great customer service and the space is perfect. "

"The initial booking was a torturous affair on “Vrbo. The most objectional thing is I was required to give my passport details to “Superhog”, (required by the owners). I am very uncomfortable about that as for all I know, it has been cloned and is now in circulation somewhere in the world. At first, we were unable to locate the correct key safe as video sent to us demonstrated the key being retrieved from a different model. We finally retrieved the keys. As it was raining, we were rather wet....

"The day we arrived we first needed to clean everything. Everything in the kitchen was dirty. We needed to vacuem clean the property There are only 3 beds. The 4th and 5th person were expected to sleep in the kitchen on the sofa bed. Way too small for two persons! I would not recommend renting it."

"The initial impact was disappointing as the building was quite dirty. The flat although clean to look at was not so clean underneath. The floor although clean (as had been hovered) to look at was pretty filthy when walking on bare feet. The windows did not close and one was broken (I sent pictures of that and the broken freezer door). We didn’t use the kettle as it was so full of limescale. "We had a lovely couple of days in this house. It is close to Calshot Activity Centre. This enabled us to carry out physical activities and spend quality time together. The house was perfect for our needs and the hot tub was amazing."
