"All good. Smooth, quick check-in, the room was well prepared and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast good and being so close to the North Terminal a huge bonus. Would stay again."

"For a Ramada expected better, dirty room, shower blocked with hair. Sink blocked, bathroom not clean... not a good experience."

"I've stayed here before and rated it highly. But this last visit was disappointing. The receptionist was cold and unwelcoming. I asked for an extra towel for the floor and this seemed to annoy him. The room itself was clean, but I don't like the layout of the bathroom. The mattress was also lumpy and uncomfortable, despite the topper or duvet that had been placed under the sheets. The air conditioning was good. Check-out process was easy."

"Great location for the early morning flights"

"Walls are paper thin so good luck trying to sleep. Could literally hear people coughing from all angles and could hear people using their toilets . Room smelt of curry and it was roasting hot and the aircon didn’t seem to work as it was barely blowing out air and the windows didn’t open. It was clean and the staff were nice but when you’re getting limited sleep as it is due to an early flight, the last thing you need is to be woken up by every single bit of noise. "

"Excellent stay, great location for Legoland and Chessington. Lovely staff (bar man on Friday night lovely helped fill a bottle of milk for our 1 year old after a very long, late drive, really appreciated it). Great breakfast and comfy beds too. "

"The ‘mandatory’ online check in and codes for bedroom doors were a bit of a faff but the hotel has been significantly upgraded and the decor is very tasteful."

"We arrived for a 3 oclock checkin and the room wasnt ready. There was no forewarning and we were told come back in an hour and mayb e it might be ready then!! We had to leave our luggage, coulddnt get changed into clothing for going out, and randomly kill an hour in Guildford! Ruined the experience"
