Nice to return to this property after a few years. Stayed for 2 nights and the service was very good - especially David on the front desk and Ellie in the bar. The room was well appointed with the only downside being the aircon pegged to 19° which isn't ideal in this heat.
Lovely modern hotel in centre of Guildford and easy walking distance of local sights, shops restaurants etc. Good that had parking available at reasonable cost. Outdoor terrace and spa facilities looked good although didn’t use spa. Only stayed 1 night but would happily stay again and longer in future.
We stayed in a recently refurshished room which was very nice with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The breakfast was really nice and the hotel had a relaxed atmosphere.
Helfpul staff and flexible approach included very well managed early check-in.
Secure car parking in underground park with lift from lowest basement floor to lobby and room levels. £18 per 24 hrs period, but free for hotel guests after 10pm.
Limited vegan options.
Had a wonderful overnight stay at the hotel and made use of the spa, which although small was perfect for a hour to relax in amd wasn't crowded. The hotel is in a great location at the top of the high st so we were able to explore the town as well as use the hotel facilities. The bedroom was comfortable and large. The only negative was that the extractor fan wasn't working in the bathroom so it took ages to demise. Plenty of choice for breakfast but could have had more staff on to clear tables. All in all a great stay and would recommend Harbour Hotel
The Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Restaurant’s served delicious food. My room was perfectly cleaned every day. If in the Guildford/London area visiting I highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Excellent hotel with spa facilities, close to historic centre of Guildford and also close for a run/hike on the north downs way.
We arrived at the hotel early evening and the staff were polite and friendly. They requested about the purpose of our stay and on telling them we were there for an event offered us an upgrade on our room. The room provided was spacious with a large comfortable bed - though it was quite high! We also had breakfast booked for the morning and there was plenty of choice for both of us - I had a cooked breakfast, while my wife opted for continental - both options were freshly prepared. All in all, I would definitely stay there again. The outside area of the bar is a delight and gives you the feeling of being in southern Europe rather than the UK!
Really helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great location, upgraded rooms were good, lovely bar and outdoor terrace and we enjoyed an hour in the spa (N.B. not obvious when I booked the hotel but this is £10 extra per person for an hour and must be booked). Breakfast was good, only minor issue were the undercooked boiled eggs but there was plenty of other choice.
Always a clean room, with a good selection of coffees and teas, with a nice welcome touch as well. Thanks
We were given complimentary parking, but unfortunately there was no parking spaces, so we has to use Glive car park, which of course charged us.
The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The ameneties were all that I hoped they would be when booking the stay (Sauna/Gym/Pool/Jacuzzi).
I was notified of any additional chargers well before hand and in a clear and concise manner.
The food was of a very good quality and in large enough portions.
I cannot speak to the Bar, as I rarely drink.
Lovely hotel aesthetically speaking and clean but it’s a bit like mutton dressed as lamb; for the price I paid (£149 per night); I expected more.
Whilst I appreciate it’s advertised parking is £18 every 24 hours; I really think that’s super greedy especially as I only needed parking from 2100-0800 each night. So I parked elsewhere and only spent £4.
Breakfast is very low quality and could easily be made better with better quality produce and ingredients.
I didn’t use the spa facilities as had a baby with me; but once again £10 years extra to use the pool is once again greedy.
On the baby front; don’t take a baby there; there aren’t really welcomed…I was ushered to a corner for breakfast as I had a ‘baby’….so I duly returned there for my second breakfast as I felt very unwelcome even with a well behaved baby.
Also loud music until 00.00.
The room is clean and well furnished but I would rather a bit more shabby with better customer service and facilities and parking included in the cost.
