Clean property. I was not aware we had to bring our own beach towels and beach toys. I wish the property had those in stock. Also, wasnt aware we had to buy everything but the utensils in the unit. Restaurants and attractions are a good 20 minute walk away.

Condo was very clean and front desk staff was exceptional. Very nice and professional. Parking was right across the street in a covered garage with a walkway over the street which was really nice. Excellent views of the ocean, private balcony, beach access, pool. Couldn't ask for more.

Only issue we found were the resort bracelets they require you to wear on property are difficult to remove if tightened too much. And a hassle to take on and off. Would have preferreed a rubber bracelet option or something easier to remove. Also the pool bar is not open long and would be a big draw to some if it was more utilized. Overall the condo was wonderful, clean and comfy. Would definitely book here again.

It’s $20 per car to park. Bar closes at 3 in the afternoon. If you book through Expedia, beware... they tack on the $285 fee after you’ve committed...the other sites let you know about the total cost before you commit.

The week we were there the elevators were flooded by a guest's negligence. We were all forced to use the stairs and our condo was on the 20th floor. There were babies, elderly, handicapped and disabled people staying there all having to walk up a ridiculous amount of stairs in the heat and humidity. There was no AC in the stairwell. It was pure misery, they did have them fixed within 24 hours, but it sucked for sure. There is a bar by the pool that sells the most overpriced cheap food. The sandwiches are huge pieces of bread with like one piece of meat. It's basically a bread sandwich and they want $14 for it. Both food and drinks are highly overpriced at that little bar. Seemed unnecessary. They charge for ice. Most hotels offer ice as an amenity, but these clowns want $7/bag or something like that. Your condo does come with a fridge that has an ice maker, but we quickly learned it won't even be able to fill itself back up in 5 days. We used the entire thing on day one and it never got full again. I think the ice should be free for what they charge to stay there. Overall it wasn't horrible, but we probably won't stay there again. Way too overpriced for the quality and what you get.

This property should not be rented on a daily basis. This is a long-term rental property a week or more at a time. Why it was listed like a hotel rental I’m not sure. I reserved it for two days but only used one because the refrigerator didn’t work and I wasn’t going to spend a second day without a refrigerator. I moved to a Nearby hotel. Everything about this property was confusing. I basically had to deal with somebody via text. They told me that I had to pay a $50 parking fee but yet wouldn’t allow me to pay it because their system was down. I just don’t get it and I am expecting a refund of 1/2 of the total price paid. Also the elevator in the parking garage that they want $50 for was broken.

Could of been better service

We arrive at our condo at around 3:30 in the afternoon and check in was at 4 pm. We go up to our room as the concierge told us to do and our room had not been cleaned. I get it we was a little early so I wasn’t upset yet. Since it’s condos they didn’t have cleaning on site. I had to call the company I booked through and they assured me someone was coming to clean. We left the room to give them time to clean and came back at 4:45. Still our room hadn’t been cleaned so I called the number again they apologized and said they were sending someone right away. We leave again and come back at 6:30. Finally someone was in our room cleaning it at 6:30 so we left one more time and finally got to get in our room after 8 pm. We had to pay to park in the on-site parking garage which I thought should of been included in the payment for our room. Once we got past the first day our condo was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The service could of been better as most of the staff weren’t that friendly. Also one night there was like 20 college students in the hot tub drinking and smoking weed. We had our balcony door open and our whole condo smelled. I figured security would be quick to tell them it was against the rules since they were quick to tell me I couldn’t have a float in the pool one day but the very next day someone else had a float and they didn’t say anything. Overall we probably wouldn’t stay again.

The view was the only good thing about this hotel. They only had one of the two elevators working and the one that was working smelled of mold and pee. Walking in to the condo for the first time there was a strong odor for fish. We had to buy air freshener to make it bearable but it never totally went away. There was mold in the master shower and one of the chairs for the dining room was broken. We had issues with the cable not working i when to the front desk to ask for help and they told me it wasn't one of their rooms so there was nothing they could do. So i used the app it find a number to call and the person on the other said " we've not had service in that room in a few years". Needless to say it was a terrible experience and i wouldn't recommend staying there.

Condo on beach

The condo was in good condition but the complex was disgusting and needs repair. 1 elevator was out entire time, part of the pool was closed off due to stairs and surrounding area broken. Smoke alarm battery died on 2nd night, no hot water in kitchen and unit is in dire need of a good clean. No response from management company until 15 hours later.

Guys getaway weekend

We had a good time at Sterling Breeze. There aren't a bunch of 3br/3ba condos that are reasonably priced in PC. This was very good value for the money. The furnishings and mattresses could be updated but everything was good. This was certainly better than most condos I have rented in the Florida panhandle/Gulf Shores area.
