"Very clean and ready a couple hours early to get into condo. Love the location and view. Complex very well maintained. Loved the expanded bathroom and shower. Cons: Living room with ONLY a futon and no other furniture at all and was very uncomfortable each night to sit on. No other chair at all except bar stools. This was a real disappointment. Also no coffee table or end tables either. Bedroom without any end tables and had to use my cooler as a table to place my CPAP at bedside."

"Wifi password was not accurate. Needed a minor repair, was told someone was onsite but was not. Pool is not on property, it is across the main street at another building. Floors were grimy. Paint is chipping on walls. Caulk falling out of shower. I will pay more next time but will have what's expected."

"The condo has a lot of potential, BUT the cleanliness of it was a HUGE fail, bare min effort & has not been cleaned in a long time. The stackable washer & dryer has lots of build-up of dirt, sand and laundry detergent on the inside, the utility closet where the washer/dryer is, it has lots of grime/dust build-up on it and on the floor, the top of the fridge has dust caked on top of it, the oven was not clean and has caked on food in it, the knobs behind the stove had grease and grime behind them...
