"Basin Park Hotel ⭐️⭐️ (2/5) I wanted to enjoy our stay, but unfortunately the experience was consistently disappointing. Service issues occurred daily, and several staff interactions came across as rude or dismissive rather than helpful. We arrived after the stated check-in time and were still made to wait an additional 40 minutes for our room to be ready, with no apology or accommodation offered. "Super clean. AC took awhile to cool the little place. I notified the travel@evolve.com person that said to use that email to communicate. We left at 12:15 pm Thursday. A severe storm was coming from OK with baseball size hail & tornado warnings. Having a brand new boat & new truck, we opted to leave before the storm hit. I left door unlocked, as instructed. I told that person we were leaving, in case the property manager needed to lock up. "
