The gentleman who checked us in was so pleasant, explained everything we needed to know. It was in a nice area with plenty to do or 30 minutes or less away. Plan to stay there again if we make it back out that way.

The room was extremely clean and so was the property. This hotel is in a wonderful location and right by a trolley stop. I highly recommend you take the trolley for the day around the area. The front desk staff were very friendly and helped with anything we needed. we will definitely be staying here again when we visit Eureka Springs.

Staff was super friendly. Very clean rooms. Microwave, coffee pot, and mini fridge were nice to have. Only inconvenience was that there was no room cleaning or replenishment of towels,coffee, soap or shampoo and it was by request only. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it.

Our room was extremely clean. There wasn’t even any dirty buildup around the baseboards in the bathroom or the bedroom that I’m used to finding at even some of the finer hotels. The staff (sorry I didn’t get his name) was so very friendly and helpful. Checkin was fast and easy. We chose The Regency Inn to stay because of its proximity to The Great Passion Play. I’m so glad we did. We were right across the street from an antique store and right down the road from more antique stores and lots of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Good price. Clean rooms. Pool did close earlier than posted. Breakfast ended at 9:00 am on the weekend. Other than those 2 things, overall good stay.

The staff was incredibly nice & helpful. The bed and pillows were AMAZING! However, it's an older property in much need of updating and repairs. There were a lot of bugs in my room, but NOT bedbugs. There was no phone to the front desk. There was a major disturbance outside one night that made me question my safety, but this was not the hotel's fault. The shower was great. The hot water was fast to come up. Thank you.
