"Staff was rude both on check in and at check out. It’s been awhile since I would say that about any hotel staff for 1 interaction much less 2. Also I don’t think the AC worked as it was set. Breakfast was at the bottom for what I have experienced. "

"The pictures look better than the reality of the hotel. The location was great, lots of stuff to do within walking distance. The staff was nice and accommodating but the rooms picked up a lot of outside noise. Additionally, I would advise against using the hot tub because it gave everyone in my family (including my two children) full body rashes that have yet to clear up. After experiencing it, I did a deep dive in reviews and confirmed several others had reported the same problem which is very gross and unsettling. "

"We arrived around 1:30 AM after our flight was cancelled and were exhausted. When we first entered our room, it was a mess and smelled strongly of smoke. We immediately went to the front desk and reported it, as the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned at all and I was mortified that we could have potentially walked in on someone else or it may happen in the new room they gave us. We were moved to a new room, but then ran into more issues we couldn’t get the TV or the heat to work, so we ended up sleeping with the A/C fan on all night. The next morning, we contacted the front desk again. Maintenance came quickly and was very friendly and helpful, fixing the problem. Overall, the staff was polite and maintenance helpful, but the initial room condition and the issues with heating/TV made for a very stressful start to our stay."

"This hotel has good but not great. Bed was a little hard and air conditioning didn’t work very well. Parking was simple but overpriced through the hotel. Short walk to food and coffee. "

"The staff when I got ready to check in the ladies was waiting on 2 more couples and when they finished with them they offer them some water and when they checked me in they didn't offer me anything and when I got ready to check out it was a man and woman that was checking out and the lady made sure she told him is 70.00 will be back on his card in 3 days and when I check out I had to asked was my 70.00 was going to be back on my card it's like they made difference with me but other than that the stay was nice "
