This place was great, very quiet even though you are close to the main road! We loved the little trails carved into the back of the property by the pickleball courts! We only stayed sun-mon and we just wish there would have been a movie playing on the screen in the back it was just a really awesome environment!
The service was truly amazing. You really felt at home and I can't wait to come back in April. I stayed from August 16th-19th and everyone who worked those days was so helpful!
Loved how peaceful and welcoming this place was! It had so many great amenities. I especially enjoyed the sauna and cold plunge, it was so relaxing! I also loved the courtesy towels by the pool, such a nice touch! And the coffee and tea they have in the lobby was the perfect little bonus. ✨🧖🏽♀️❄️☕️
Outdoor firepit, with tons of seating. Great pool with a deep end for those who like to play. Sauna, cold plunge, were some of my favorite things. Pickleball court and hammocks hanging from the trees. Didn't use the spa but looked very nice and if we had more time would have used it. Room was clean and looked to be newly renovated (if it wasn't it looked well taken care of.) All in all it was a great place. Then you take into account the cost per night and it makes it even more of deal. We'll worth the money. Will book here in the future!
What a gem of a place to find in Eureka Springs. From the team, to the amenities to the accommodation - it was AMAZING! We can’t wait to visit again. Don’t think twice - book this place for your next visit to Eureka Springs, you won’t regret it.
Property was recently remodeled. Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and quiet it is. The pool area is great, the lounge is clean and modern, the public areas are good and getting better. It's close to the touristy things, food is accessible nearby at several spots. We had a good experience and would stay there again.
Air conditioning worked very well, pool was clean with brand new deck, had issues with door and had someone within a minute fixing it, great communication, rooms are bug free, plenty of towels, nice firepit, and 1 minute walk to trolly and food. Would definitely stay again.
It was super clean and very well maintained. There trails were clear and easy for the entire family to walk through. The hang out spots on the property were relaxing and inviting. Excellent place to stay!
My husband and I enjoyed the clean updated cute rooms.. Our favorite was going for a hike in the morning, stretching on the deck in the woods, getting in the sauna, and ending it with the cold plunge to help our tight muscles. Such a unique experience! Definitely recommend this place!
Great job on the updates/renovations at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful before and during my stay, and the location was convenient to all of the attractions we visited in Eureka Springs. A couple of things I wish the room had were a microwave, a place to put soap in the shower, and a bar in the shower to hang towels...all minor things though...thanks for a great stay!
This place is amazing! It’s such a breath of fresh air compared to the older dustier options in Eureka Springs. The wellness focus, the pool, the paths in the forest, the sauna! It’s where I will for sure be staying everytime I visit now. And the rooms are so clean and luxurious. I cannot recommend it enough
This place was absolutely amazing. The staff was great. They went above and beyond anything that we asked. We loved the sauna, their pool and the little walking trails. They have live music on saturday night, that we quite enjoyed. We cannot wait to book our next day there.
My room was small, but spacious enough, and very well maintained and clean. The pool was awesome. I didn’t partake of the trails or sauna due to the hot summer temperatures.
I would absolutely stay again, but I would get a resort side room. Mine was street side(my doing), and it was a bit noisy. I still absolutely loved the pool.
We loved the sauna/cold plunge. Rained on our trip so wasn't able to use the pool but it looked inviting. The location was very well located. We enjoyed how the property was off the main strip for its quietness. Bed was very comfortable, nice shower and room temperature was perfect. Disappointment is it didn't have a coffee pot in room. Would return to this property.
This is a great property Eureka Springs. Close to downtown, will easy trolly access. It’s tucked away from all the noise of the main streets and offers great alike a sauna in the woods and a fire pit. I will be back.
Great stay! I can tell they're still making many improvements to the property and adding many more amenities but we had a nice stay even as is.
The location is good, not too busy but still close to a lot. It has a nice piece of woodsy property with trails that really make it peaceful.
My only recommendation with all the updates they are doing is maybe add a lamp where people can put chargers or USB capable outlets with easy access for charges. In our room. We struggled to get to the outlets.

The room was nice. We had a first good night. The second day was where it went downhill. The shower and tolit backed up. They moved us to another room. We list our private wood view and got a view of tge highway. It was loud and then we still had issues with plumbing. They said they were going to discount our room, but never did. I contacted them and always got an excuse they were busy and so sorry and promised to have the manager call me, but never heard from them. A cute place, but they are very unprofessional
