"The view from the balcony on the 23rd floor is breathtaking. We pulled all the curtains wide open and enjoyed the vista throughout the day and evening...nature provided the spectacular sunset. We enjoyed meeting folks from all over the world who were using this location for their pivot point - to a cruise, to a train trip through the Rockies, to a chartered bus trip to Vancouver Island. I have one critique about the final invoice. While I didn't argue with one item on the satement, I found the 1.97% destination marketing fee to be completely inconsistent with the sense of excellence to which the hotel seems to strive. It was only $6.97, but to add that amount to a room that is already in excess of $700/night ($554 room charge, $107 in fees and taxes, $60/night parking) is petty and cheap. Surely destination marketing is the cost of doing business that should not be off-loaded to customers at this high end."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice , the bed was comfy , the staff was friendly. We stayed one night before our cruise . Perfect location for a vancouver tour they picked up right out front. We also had a short trip to the cruise terminal. Lots of placces ealkable from the hitek and the neighborhood felt safe. E"
