"Facility is 4.5 or 5 star. Management questionable. No real how water for the showers. Could not use pool for two days due to poor water clarity. No signs on this either! "

"We enjoyed our second stay at this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the two pools. Room was clean, and comfortable.. We will be back to this Shangri-La hotel in November.."
