It is by far one of the best places I have stayed without spending an arm and a leg. We traveled from Australia and were impressed by the breakfast inclusion with room along with complimentary mini bar and bottled water throughout. We also had buffet dinner which was worth it. The place was so surreal and relaxing. The facilities and staff were excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at GHotel Kelawai. Service was very friendly, courteous, hospitable. We had access to the Executive lounge for canapes and cocktail during our stay and we were not disappointed at all. Roof top was amazing. We LOVE this place! Stayed in the Rasa Wing (recommend) and we can't find anything bad to say - the staff were fantastic, we had everything we needed and more, it was easy to grab a Grab to get into Georgetown, there was plenty to look at down the road - food, shopping, massage, pharmacy etc etc. The property is older - established gardens, understated, classy and 'old school'. We stayed here recently for 5 days on our honeymoon. The resort is well kept with multiple pools, hangout, and dining locations. If traveling back to George Town area for day-trips, allow about an hour of travel time. There isn't much within walking distance so bring supplies with you, or be prepared to travel a bit for a local market. Stayed five days. Wonderful staff, all so helpful, nice, kind and at all times professional. Would have to give a very, very special thank you to Mardia in the restaurant on 18th floor. Every morning she looked after me. Beautiful person. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to experience five star at its best.

The pool in the balcony was great for kids, I can relax in the air con room while watching my girl played in the pool. The view from the balcony was stunning and the room was spacious. Staff always friendly, accommodating and helpful, whether is at the front desk or the cleaner. Location is a bit far from Georgetown, but they do offer free shuttle to Queensway Mall and Prangin Mall, and we just take Grab car back hotel whenever we want.
