"The hotel is generally good. Near the Chowprasta Market and Lebuh Keng Kwee street food. Within walking distance to Armenian St and Cannon St. Many food options nearby. The only downside was the room cleaning was only completed around 2 to 3pm. There were 2 days which I came back after lunch and the rooms were not made up yet."

"5 Stars. Family Orientated Hotel. Attention to details is impeccable. Housekeeping automatically added in an Extra Bed, Comforter, Pillow without the need to ask. Nice Infinity Pool and Game Room. Deluxe Room with Partitioned Living and Breathtaking View of Teluk Bahang was priceless. Overall, super satisfied."

"Very clean and well appointed. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was oddly shaped, probably because it's an old building and there was a load bearing pole that couldnt be moved in renovations. Otherwise it had everything we needed. Modern bathroom, bar fridge, safe. The 'skybar' is a bit overstated. The rooftop jacuzzis looked inviting but we didnt use during our short stay"

"An excellent 5 night stay. Ideally located, accessible to discovering Georgetown very easily. Across the road from the free shuttle bus, and a very good food court. Our room was great, plenty of room and well maintained, and a lovely view. Filtered drinking water on all floors was ideal. The buffet breakfast was very good. All staff in reception, housekeeping and breakfast area very friendly and hospitable. "

"First impression not good. We arrived at the hotel, 2 porters were standing there, one helped to unload luggage from our Grab, and left them on the ground, not even took them to the lift for us. No courtesy, no words, no strong gesture to make us feel that they wanted to give us a welcoming signal."
