Great place to stay we enjoyed our 5 nights at Ozo. The rooms were clean and pool and view were outstanding. The gym has reasonable gear although its a bit of a fishbowl and gets incredibly hot in the afternoons.

Regular maintenance on Aircon is required, my parents stay, the Aircon was not cold, even they have adjusted the temperature to 18, overall, the beds are closely, and comfortable. The stuff service is excellent. 👍

Good service experience from front desk and breakfast team. Bring good walking shoes as its a convenient location for food hunt on foot with google maps. Room tv screen direction can be adjusted to face bed (if its not). Shower pressure is good. Daily room cleaning is only upon request. Tv channels are limited, so bring your own if it matters to you. Room, breakfast, front desk - nice view Breakfast choice limited but its adequate and good. Parking is good for those driving.

Great property - loved the pool, location, included breakfast and the room was exceptional. Super comfortable big bed, big TV, very clean. There's a 7/11 across the road which is really convenient and it's only a short walk to Love Lane for great dining options. The only reason I dropped 1 star is because I could hear super loud music in my room on the Friday and Saturday night from a nearby venue. I don't mind a bit of noise - I live on a main road - but this was crazy. My room was on the ocean side of the hotel and I really struggled to sleep because of it. My friends were on the other side of the hotel and had no issues. Otherwise it's a great property and I highly recommend staying here.

Check-in at level 20th, breakfast at level 21, swimming pool at level 22, excellent view. Breakfast is sufficient for a such hotel rate. Car parking is auto, handle by their security. For SUV, its limited slot but saloon car is ok. The hotel is quite new, rooms setup is modern, shower water pressure is strong, plenty of USB charge pot inside the room, big TV screen. Since I'm driving out most of the time, location is good. I drop something inside the car parking pick up carrier and the maintainence manage to retrieve for me. Overall, excellent stay and I will come back again

Modern. First room we were given wasn’t sufficiently clean (hairs on the floor). Asked the switch rooms and reception said none were available at the same price despite the hotel not seeming very busy. After pushing and reception trying to upgrade us for a fee, they finally found a room.

While this is a relatively new property, the cleaning is not good. Rubbish was left in room by previous guests. We were 9 days and the carpet had same mess/dirt on it every day. The daily used products were not replenished in the coffee tea bar. The swimming pool ran out of towels early afternoon each day we went. Desk staff and some restaurant staff were great. Others in the restaurant never smiled or returned greetings, not very welcoming.

Either they don't understand or just don't care. Eg. I wanted to order room service and I was told the last order was 5pm. That's fine but don't aggregate a hungry guest with 'so you need more towels'! . . .

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed

Don’t be fooled by the high rates. Just terrible, filthy, unhygienic. Gosh staying here was a nightmare. Place is so dirty. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room, and the fingerprints on every mirror and stains on the shower booth made me cringe. I wonder if they launder the linens. There were mysterious stains on the towels. The staff couldn’t handle requests properly. She just argued with other employee over the phone when I was standing right there, and didn’t even bother to explain why she couldn’t process my requests. She kept on walking away form the front desk while raising her voice on the phone. Just don’t stay here. 이곳은 최악의 호텔입니다. 그냥 다른곳으로 가세요.

Never again

Booked two days at this weird hotel . There was no one to help with our luggage and the reception to check in was on the 20th floor . I was travelling with my elder sly parents and children , total 7 people . We had a lot of luggage and had to take in turns to go on reception for checking in. I booked three rooms and only two were given on the same floor . Third room was 5 floors up . The rooms keys wouldn’t work on other floors so I struggled to get to my children as they were on another floor . At check out we had to go at floor 20th where the reception is ( we stayed at floor 11 and 16) for checkout then all the way down at ground floor to exit the hotel . There was not arrangements for disabled and elderly customers . The breakfast was basic nothing extravagant. I believe I paid a lot for the service I received
