In particular Tony and Gregor at the Front Desk were absolutely brilliant, and a true example of hospitality. The GM, I unfortunately do not remember her name was also very helpful. The buffet breakfast is great. There are so many options and a menue one can order from as well. The sauna and pool on property are fantastic as well. The hotel is right next to Museum Island and has lots of transportation options. I would definitely book here again."

"The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed signature cocktails at the bar's happy hour and the poetry "photo booth" in the lobby was a very welcome surprise! The only downside was that our room was not checked on once during our 5 day stay, but when asked, the staff was always quick to provide what we needed. "
