"Took my son, his friends, and their dads up for a four wheeler trip. The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. The hot tub was nice too after a long day of riding. I highly recommend this place for anyone just looking to get away or if you like to ride ATVs/ORVs and/or snowmobiles. Trail access is just a couple of minutes from the property and they lead to pretty much anywhere you want to go in Northern Michigan."

"Excellent communication! Really nice place. The screened in porch was our favorite! Saw all sorts of ducks and geese. Saw a woodpecker. Even got to watch a couple of beavers hard at work! Would definitely stay again. It was close to our hunting spots for mushrooms. Had a little bit of a problem with the tv! Sent him a message and had it taken care of very quickly! "Property was in a great location to downtown Boyne City and was very clean! Perfect amount of space for our group of 3. Had one minor issue with plumbing but the hosts actively worked to resolve the issue! Would stay at one of their properties again."

"The house was well stocked and extremely clean. Plenty of steaming hot water. The hot tub was fantastic, kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. The road traffic was a bit more loud than what were were used to and we closed the windows to help with that. "We stayed for 5 nights for skiing and winter hiking. The location of this home is stellar. I hiked 4 of the days at nearby preserves (most of which were less than 8-9 min away). They were the most beautiful pine, hemlock and hardwood preserves I've ever hiked. And the snow made them that much more lovely. My husband and son skied every day. Very quick drive to the mountain.
