"We come to this area multiple times a year for rock hunting,hiking, etc. We have been by this house hundreds of times and when we found out we could actually stay here we jumped on it. This was a weekend for the peak of the Eta Aquariids meteor shower and our normal outings. Had awsome sunset and 1 night of clear skys. Walked across the street and did some rock hunting. Grandson tested the water and he also had a blast even shivering! No reservations about recommending or renting this place...

"Architectural wonder was Half House. Low ceilings, narrow hallway & a secret bedroom that relieved us thinking we’d be sharing the bed. The pathway to the house is challenging for those with mobility issues . The view of Lake Michigan sunsets were spectacular! A GREAT location in Charlivoix"

"This little cottage was perfect for us. We were able to bring our dogs and have the freedom to let them roam around in the fenced in yard. The home is walking distance to the few shops/restaurants that Walloon has to offer. The hot tub was perfect for the chilly nights we had and gave us something extra to do with our downtime. "Torch lake is beautiful, the deck, bonfire area, and lake front were perfect- loved the two kayaks. The house under delivered. There was still trash in some cans, light switches that didn’t work, spider webs in the shower, and a general musty scent. This house also requires you to bring your own sheets, bedding, and towels- comforters and pillows were provided, but it didn’t seem that they were washed between renters. "My stay was great. Didn't get to spend too much time at the villa, but it was cozy, clean, and comfortable after a long day of games and driving. Check in process was seamless and easy, directions to the unit were accurate and essy to follow. Definitely would recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice spot at Schuss Mountain!"
