This charming (880 sq ft) home offers a cozy space that sleeps up to 6 adults plus 2 children.

Sleeping Areas: we provide all linens and comfortable bedding.
- BEDROOM 1 (main level): 1 queen bed and direct access to the main floor bathroom

- BEDROOM 2 (upper level): 1 queen bed

- BEDROOM 3 (upper level): 2 full size beds in bunk bed format

Bathrooms: we provide towels (e.g., bath, hand, wash cloth, makeup) and quality and sustainable personal care products from Public Goods (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap).
- BATHROOM 1: full bath (bathtub)
- BATHROOM 2: 3/4 bath (standing shower)

Kitchen: fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and spices. We also provide an initial supply of Keurig coffee pods, creamer, tea, trash bags, dishwasher pods. Also a newly installed reverse osmosis water dispenser

Entertainment: You can enjoy some of the most popular, family-friendly board games; kayaks (available during non-winter months); a Roku to connect to all your streaming services

Living Room/Dining Area: enjoy a great open space with vaulted ceiling and direct view of Martin Lake

Back Deck: enjoy the outdoor dining area that seats six. At night, try keeping the porch light off, so you can stargaze from the porch or on the sandy shore. Feel free to use the fire pits to make smores or to sit around for conversations (wood can be purchased from the community manager or from local vendors)

Parking: each reservation comes with 2 parking spots in the community parking lot

*For your safety, the home is equipped with a security camera near the entrance door facing the parking lot.
