"The condo was great. It was in a great location and walking distance to the main hotel and shops. We were there for a Lacrosse tournament and the condo was very close to the fields too. She was very friendly and helpful even ran to the Grey Gables restaurant next door to make our dinner reservation for us. "The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice with the balcony. I wasn’t a fan of the contemporary art work but that is my taste. The bathroom was nice with a nice walk-in shower but no exhaust fan in the bathroom. This caused the mirror to fog up which was a little inconvenient. The beds were comfortable. It is within a short walk to downtown and Charlevoix’s beautiful park overlooking Round lake. "
