We did need to de-scale the coffee machine (I bought some vinegar) before we had coffee, which they had ample supply for us. The wine was a nice touch after a long day of driving. The ice maker in the freezer had mineral build up that left floaties in your beverage as the ice melted. Our attempt to connect to Wifi had to be rebooted and someone came immediately to help. We had no other issues that needed attention. Check out was easy and instructions for both check in and out were clear and minimal."

After being told they had emailed everything...I still failed to get anything...but yet they were able to email ads. They texted me, then-got only the first page which did not include the code needed to unlock door. So more calls had to be made. Frustrating to say the least. Also, some of the people we talked to spoke very broken English...
