And the complimentary breakfast offered lots of local options and all were delicious. Best part of this stay was the view and location. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home."

"Staff were extremely pleasant and generally very helpful, although offers of help were sometimes not followed through on (actuallyreturning with a requested 2nd cup of coffee, blanket, etc). Important for travelers to recognize that this is a decidedly kid – friendly resort. This can be a positive or negative thing since things can get pretty chaotic and noisy, particularly in the dining areas at meal time. If you’re looking for a little less chaotic atmosphere it might be worth checking out their nearby adults-only resort."

"Loved my stay here! Quiet location, perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from Chania Old Town and near a beach. The staff are lovely and very helpful, showing great Greek hospitality day or night. Their local knowledge was invaluable. The rooms are modern, kept very clean and spacious. Ours had a view of the sea and a big balcony. The bathroom had a large tub and a walk-in shower, with two sinks!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Morum City Hotel! I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Junior Studio Suite with a huge balcony, which was wonderful for sitting outside in the evenings with friends. The staff were fantastic, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the location was excellent, with an easy walk down to the harbour. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
