Unforgettable

This was my 3rd time stating at the aEl Greco hotel and I was pleasantly wowed by thr renovation that was undertaken since my last visit. The hotel maintains its Cretan charm and pride with modern and well-maintained amenities and excellent service from all the staff. I look forward to my return!

Das Check-IN hat sich um ca. 40min verspätet, was nicht sein sollte. Das Check-OUT verlief reibungslos und schnell. Das Standardzimmer war schön und das Badezimmer war groß mit vielen vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellten Hygieneartikeln. Das Zimmer war leider direkt im Erdgeschoss and der Straße situiert, das Stimmen gut hörbar gemacht hat. Die Dusche im fast rechteckigen Badezimmer ist leider komplett offen, weshalb das Badezimmer schnell überall auf dem Boden nass wird, wenn man als große Person duscht. Das Personal ist nur teilweise zufriedenstellend gewesen: a) einmal gab es eine sehr nette Dame, die einem gute Spots in der Stadt Chania auf einer Karte eingezeichnet hat sowie einen großen Geldschein in mehrere kleine Geldscheine gewechselt hat. b) Es gab eine Dame, die einfach ins Zimmer kam, obwohl das Zimmer bereits vor 2h fertig gemacht wurde. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass sie sich vorher angekündigt hat, was ich aufgrund meiner Kopfhörer nicht gehört habe, aber sie hat mir nicht mitteilen, was ihre „Mission“ war.

Can't wait to visit again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at El Greco in Chania. It was a further walk from the bus station than I anticipated but less than 10minutes overall and allowed me to traverse Chania Old Town on the way. Situated on one of the most chic streets in the old town, you'll be within walking distance of the city's most photographed sites. Very clean & well-maintained Very helpful desk staff- great restaurant recommendations!

perfekt für kurzen Städtetrip

kleines sauberes Hotel, etwas abgewohnt aber sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir hatten leider nur Zimmer zur Rückseite und schauten auf eine Mauer. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön, ur sehr heiss. Leider keine Schattenspender. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück gut und völlig ausreichend. Um für 3 Tage die Altstadt zu erkunden perfekt.

Alte Zimmer nicht zu empfehlen

Es gibt wohl neue und alte Zimmer, wir hatten eines der alten, schmale Treppe, sehr kleines Bad und ein Rinnsal als Dusche. Zimmer hatte eine große Terrasse, das sollte noch positiv vermehrt werden.
