"Nice family hotel. If you have 3 kids, the family room bunk beds are great. Breakfast decent. Pool always a hit with the kids. Welcoming friendly staff. On the downside, rooms were a bit noisy with creaky floors from upstairs neighbours and general hallway noise. But other than that, it has what you need to be comfortable."

"A very comfortable and spotless one bedroom ground floor apartment. There is a futon in the living room and a small comfy bed in the entry way. The kitchen is really well equipped and has a capacious toaster oven instead of an oven. Chrissy was a super host. Very helpful. "

"As with several times in the past, our stay at the Hobbit House was great. Nancy and Greg are really good hosts, and the setting is beautiful. The hosts provide some nice touches like plenty of bottled water and snacks. The cabin is comfortable and has kitchen well supplied with cooking gear. We really enjoy spending time on Gabriola, and the Hobbit House is a prefect home base from which to explore. Highly recommended!"
