"Booked two rooms, was put in 2 accessible rooms despite not booking that room type, plus the 'folding' bench in the shower was broken in both rooms and separating from the tub leaving screws exposed. Mentioned both to front desk, only one was fixed. Plus shower heads were about mid-torso height, not ideal positioning with no where to move the shower head wand to place it higher. Both rooms had phantom noises both nights leading to broken sleep, there appears to be zero insulation to hallway noise, and a kids daycare right outside the window. Overall, will not stay here again even if cheaper than everywhere else. It's cheap for a reason. "

"Check in and out were fully virtual. This made it very efficient but I'm not sure if any staff were on site while I was there. It was a clean room and the kitchenette was well stocked. The bed is comfy. There is significant highway noise and inexplicably no washcloths."

"If you are not able to climb stairs do not book this hotel. To get to any of the rooms you have to go up stairs. Our hotel room was more like a small apartment. It was on the second floor. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was not updated like the picture."
