"We had an amazing stay here at APA hotel, 12 minute walk to Shibuya-Ku station and shibuya crossing, a lot of places to eat and a lot of family marts and seven elevens, hotel room is very small but it has everything you need, they even have tooth brush tooth paste and a lot more! I will come back here again! "

"The property does need some updating and it’s hard to find on maps but if you put in Sakura Stage this will be your best option. I loved every single staff they were so helpful and they all had smiles each time. Good staff really have an impact on stays and this made me want to come back if I was to stay in Shibuya again. The location is perfect as well it’s walking distance from a lot of touristy areas like the Starbucks reserve, Shibuya crossing, metro, like literally everything. "

"My plane was rescheduled to two days later due to weather. Expedia helped me work with the hotel to rearrange my stay and even helped me get a refund for the two days I didn’t stay. I was very grateful. I came for my daughter’s 15th birthday and on our way out they gave her a small gift with a handwritten note from several of the staff. Such a wonderful and kind gesture that left me impressed. "

"This hotel is a little far from the station (about a 10 minute walk), which is fine when you're not hauling luggage with you. The room was perfectly adequate, but they do seem to use a lot of air freshener in the hallways (to the point that it was a little suffocating). Most of the staff are not Japanese, but they speak English! Otherwise, it's located in a great area of Shibuya with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, and konbini near by!"
