"The service on this hotel was like no other. Everybody was extremely friendly and attentive. All our needs were addressed. Extremely clean and the proximity to all the places was outstanding. If I ever return to Madrid for another visit there is no question in my mind that I will stay in that same hotel. Bravo Barceló Torre de Madrid, well done."

The only problem was that someone in the cleaning staff, qhen cleaning the room next door, woke me up with doors slamming and kept slamming the doors while cleaning, I had to go out and complain to another cleaning crew so she would stop."
