Quite impressed with the accommodation

The hotel is in the best location in Madrid. Close to everything and easily accessible. The rooms are very modern and spacious, larger than most you find in Europe. The bathroom is very luxurious. Since it is a hotel/residence, it is quite peaceful. The only downside is the street noise, as it stays busy until late at night. Overall, I highly recommend the stay!

This property is literally in the center of the nicest part of Madrid. Easily accessed by Metro or bus. Free breakfast at a very cool restaurant that becomes a club at night. Retiring right across the street. Our room was top-shelf. The “front desk” staff was incredible and stayed in touch via WhatsApp during our stay. I highly recommend Casa Faraona if you want some luxury and quiet respite during your Madrid stay!

The room itself was gorgeous with lush linens & pillows! The bathroom was beautiful; only 1 towel for each guest. Lovely fruit tray provided at check-in. The view from our room was an alleyway piled with junk. The bathrobes was very small (I’m tall & thin). A few negatives for the price paid but likely would stay again.

A very comfortable and beautiful place to say in an excellent location. Unfortunately noise from the nightclub, “Rameses”, woke us up on 2 of the three nights we stayed, at between 3 and 4 am.

We didn’t have hot water one of the days of our stay and they didnt gave us the room upgrade eventhough in platinun on hotels.com . The hotel doesn’t have a lobby. To expensive given this reasons. The location is perfect though and the room was very nice

Todo muy bien menos la ducha del baño que es peligrosamente resbalosa y no tiene barandales. De hecho me caí y de milagro no me golpié en la cabeza. Lo otro es lo ruidosa de la habitación (no es ruido del exterior sino de adentro del hotel). Dejando lo anterior de lado las instalaciones son espectaculares, habitaciones tipo boutique llenas de buen gusto e increíblemente amplias, y ni que hablar de la ubicación, lo mejor de Madrid.

Mi mejor experiencia en un hotel boutique

Probablemente una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel. El cuarto grande, moderno, impecable. La atención excelente (especialmente Carmen en front desk). La ubicación inmejorable; la cama súper cómoda, las almohadas perfectas, el baño espectacular y lujoso. Tienes tu propio sauna.
