"We enjoyed the cottage as it had everything we needed to prepare meals including pots and pans, spices, a lovely kitchen, towels and linens, shampoo and body wash in the shower. We loved the open concept and close proximity to downtown Bethel. The fenced-in yard was so convenient for the dogs. Hosts Adam and Suz were great, responsive and helpful. We would stay again!"

"Great spot to attend a wedding at Autumn Lane. Very close. Very clean and comfy. We had two dogs, so the multiple inner doors helped with keeping them managed and safe as we stepped in and out. "We have stayed at several properties at Point Sebago and this one was the best. The cabin was clean, updated and had all the conveniences of home! We had a minor issue with the grill tank and Tom happened to be up there and came and helped us right out. It was a quiet neighborhood which we truly appreciated. "This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp."

"We were lucky enough to get early check-in and were surprised with a room upgrade which was amazing! Our two bedroom condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We slept comfortably and it was nice and quiet. The only negatives were that the condo smelled like wet dog and there was clearly water and pet damage to the condo. It didn’t change that we will be coming back. But definitely room for improvement. Next time I’ll request a condo that does not allow pets. "
