Staff here is always awesome / accommodating/ and friendly! ( I wish I got her name she works nights 3pm-11pm) she IS the best remembered us from check in and asked about our day & what we did made us feel very welcome. Our favorite hotel up this way in North Conway!

The hotel is in a great location, close to the outlets, downtown, and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our room and the hotel were clean, and I loved the hot tub and fire pit. It's super cute that they have s'mores supplies at the front desk, for the kids to make on the fire pit in the evenings. I've stayed here a few times now and will definitely be staying again.

Fabulous North Conway Suite Hotel

We were thoroughly impressed with our two-bedroom suite, the complimentary breakfast and s'mores kit and the friendly helpful staff. The location was great in North Conway close to town, outdoor excursions, and Settlers' Green.
