Unfortunately, we arrived at 3:05 and the email (from Hotels.com) didn't arrive until 3:23. This was annoying, but there may not be a delay if you book directly. Our oldest teenager took the studio and had the opportunity to feel some independence. The two side homes are not the same and each had its own unique attributes.
